This is cool. Is it normal that when i listen to these, i start to feel very light.? I also hope you have lessons which could increase one’s concentration power.
Hi Anna,
If you start to feel light, come back to your breath and center in your heart and please make sure that you are fully awake and conscious when you start to move back into activity. Eating something after meditation helps to ground you as well.
